What gives me joy in my life is reading, yoga, swimming, walking along the beach listening to the waves, sharing meals with friends, and playing with my grandchildren.

I work with clients who are facing a variety of issues including: depression, grief and loss, stress, relationships, self-esteem and confidence, and life transitions. My clients describe me as warm and inspirational, with a real talent for helping them to look within and achieve their goals.
